Kiki was born in Hong Kong. Her family landed in Seattle, Washington when she was twelve years old. Kiki competed in solo voice competitions and received third place in the whole Hong Kong school district. She was also on the swim team and trained for ten years to become a classical pianist.
During her time at the University of Washington, Kiki majored in Drama and took an interest in philosophy. Post graduation, Kiki traveled to Asia and worked in Hong Kong where she was cast as a lead in a promo film for Cyberport TV Hong Kong. She also an English Drama teacher at Faust International Youth Theatre and directed student showcases. Kiki wrote, produced and directed plays at the University of Washington’s Ethnic Cultural Theatre and the World Famous Pike Place Market Theater. She performed sketch comedy with the Pork Filled Players in Seattle. She booked commercials and industrials with Microsoft, Super Supplement, Nintendo, Bank of America, Intel to name a few. In San Diego, Kiki performed her award winning one woman show “Second Chances for Grace” at the San Diego Fringe Festival. She was a co-host for Asian Voices, an entertainment television show on Cox 4SD. Kiki hosted the La Jolla International Fashion Film Festival twice in a row. Kiki was selected out of hundreds applicants to present her one woman show at the Pan Asian Repertory Theater in New York.
Kiki is the producer of the hit comedy show, Crazy Woke Asians. She performs regularly at the Comedy Store, Ice House Comedy Club and Flappers Comedy Club. Recently, Kiki opened for Kevin Nealon and Darrell Hammond at the Comedy Store. Her passion for stand up comedy gives her opportunities to connect quickly with any audience.
